Papering the fund you actually built
Legal documents usually get drafted in a vacuum: a lawyer works from a term sheet that may or may not match your latest thinking. Legal Canvas closes that gap. It drafts from your fund's live structure — the entities, fees, hurdle, and waterfall you set in Fund Builder — so the documents describe the fund you actually built.
The canvas
Your document pack lives on one canvas where you can read, compare, and revise the documents together rather than as isolated files. Changes are diffed, so you can always see what moved between revisions — your own edits and the ones that come back from counsel or counterparties.
Documents are drafts until crystallized
Everything on the canvas is a living draft that tracks your structure. When you are ready to lock a version — to send to counsel, to an anchor LP, or for signing — you crystallize the pack, which fixes it as an immutable revision. See .
