Marketplace
Service providers & events
A vetted directory of the vendors a fund launch needs — legal, compliance, audit and tax, capital raising — plus workshops and community events.
The provider directory
Every fund launch eventually needs vendors: fund counsel, a fund administrator, compliance support, an audit and tax firm, sometimes placement help. The Marketplace directory organizes vetted providers by category:
- Fund launch — end-to-end formation support.
- Legal — fund counsel and securities lawyers.
- Compliance — regulatory setup and ongoing obligations.
- Audit & tax — fund audit, K-1s, and tax structuring.
- Capital raising — placement and investor-access services.
Each provider profile describes who they are for, what they charge, and how to engage them. Verified providers are marked as such.
Choosing well
Two rules of thumb serve emerging managers well:
- Match the vendor to your size. A brand-name law firm optimized for billion-dollar vehicles is often a worse fit — and a much worse invoice — than a specialist who works with first-time funds every week.
- Engage counsel before you think you need to. The cheapest legal work is the drafting you never have to redo.
Events
The Events tab lists workshops and community sessions for emerging managers. Registration works like everything else in the Marketplace — reserve from the app and the event lands on your calendar.
