The documents library holds the files your launch runs on: prior fund documents, track-record spreadsheets, diligence materials, market research. Upload files or paste content directly, and scope each item to where it belongs:

• Personal — visible only to you.
• Organization — shared with your team.
• Fund — attached to a specific fund, available wherever that fund is being worked on.

Documents you add become context the AI assistant can draw on — a pasted prior LPA, for instance, lets the assistant compare your new terms against what you agreed to last time.

AI memory

Beyond documents, the assistant maintains a working memory of durable facts from your interactions — your preferences, your fund's particulars, decisions you have made — so you are not re-explaining your situation in every conversation.

You stay in control of that memory:

• Consent — memory operates only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw.
• Promotion — memories can be promoted from personal scope to shared organization scope, so knowledge one teammate establishes benefits the rest. Promotion is deliberate, never automatic.
• Freezing — freeze a memory to pin it exactly as written, or to stop something from being remembered at all.

A practical setup

Early on, spend ten minutes uploading your track record and any prior fund documents, scoped to the organization. That single step is the difference between an assistant that gives generic answers and one that answers about your fund.
